Darlene Williams is the visionary Founder and President of the Black Authors Festival®, a nationally recognized cultural literacy initiative dedicated to elevating Black literary excellence, protecting intellectual freedom, and expanding access to diverse voices and stories. Under her leadership, the festival has grown into a premier national platform connecting authors, readers, scholars, global thought leaders, and cultural influencers through meaningful dialogue, literary celebration, and community impact. The Black Authors Festival was notably recognized by USA Today as one of the Top 9 Best New Festivals in the Nation.
A bestselling author, columnist, adjunct lecturer, Harvard-certified rhetorician, and certified personal and professional development coach, Darlene has built a reputation as a powerful communicator and transformative thought leader committed to higher-level thinking, purposeful leadership, and social impact.
She is also the Founder of The Higher Level Method™, a transformational coaching and leadership framework designed to help individuals elevate their thinking, performance, and results.
